1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to any use of the LEV website (operated by WeFutureCompany B.V.) and to all services, registrations and information offered through the website. By visiting the website and/or registering, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service & Registration on the Waiting List

  • Our website currently serves as an informative landing page.

  • Visitors can leave their email address via our Mailchimp form to be kept informed, without obligation, about the availability and launch of our e-scooters.

  • Leaving an email address does not commit the user to anything and does not constitute a final purchase or reservation agreement.

3. Product Information and RDW Approval

  • Our two-wheeled e-scooters are RDW-approved and permitted on public roads in the Netherlands, provided that the applicable traffic and vehicle regulations are met.

  • We do our utmost to display all product information, specifications and images on the website as accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or printing errors do not bind WeFutureCompany B.V.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to texts, images, logos, graphic elements, brands and software — is the property of WeFutureCompany B.V. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or otherwise use content without prior written consent.

5. Liability

  • WeFutureCompany B.V. strives for a continuous and error-free operation of the website, but cannot guarantee that the website will always be available uninterrupted or error-free.

  • We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage resulting from the temporary unavailability of the website or typing errors on the website.

6. Future E-commerce

As soon as the functionality for directly ordering and paying for e-scooters via the webshop becomes active, additional terms of sale and delivery (such as cooling-off period, warranty, shipping and returns) will apply. These will be made clearly available to the consumer prior to purchase.

7. Applicable law and disputes

These conditions and the use of the website are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where WeFutureCompany B.V. is established.
